Product was slow to be delivered, approximately two weeks from the time I placed the order until I actually received the item. Buyer's need to keep in mind that this product is not sold by Amazon. It is some external site that sells via amazon. Most buyers will not face any complications but it is important to know that dealing with some little dotcom is very different than dealing with Amazon in terms of service, quality of product, and returns.

Product itself is extremely bulky in girth and tall in profile. The "portable" tag is rather misleading. Yes, anything is portable but due to the weight and size of this unit, it is not very portable at all. Received defective product, Edgestar tech support determined it needed to be returned, I ordered a new one and gave a cc for quarantee till defective product was returned. I was pleased. 3 days later, I was told I had to go back to reseller, order had been canceled. After a few more days Edgestar contacted me and wanted me to ship the defective unit back, apparently after talking to their reseller. I no longer had original box because I had already ordered the replacement. For some reason Edgestar will not allow me to give them a credit card, send me a new unit and return the old one in that box. Customer service was surly, unhelpful and unconcerned. Moral of story - 1. new product is defective, 2. I've already spent considerable time when the manufacturer should have hastened to solve problem, 3. Customer service not helpful, will not pass complaint up chain of command, 4. I am returning machine to reseller for refund
